Mega Star Gaming LLC provides online games (“Gold Coin Games”) for entertainment and enjoyment of its customers. Gold Coin Games do not offer prizes. To promote these services, Mega Star Gaming LLC offers sweepstakes games which awards prizes (“Sweepstakes Games”). Gold Coin Games and Sweepstakes Games are collectively referred to as the “Games.” These Sweepstakes Rules (“Rules”) govern and control Regal Technologies’ give away of sweepstakes entries referred to as “Sweeps Coins” and operation of Sweepstakes Games. All capitalized terms undefined herein shall have the meaning provided to it in our Terms of Service. 

All Games are offered free of charge and strictly for private entertainment and amusement purposes only. No Games or any information related to or resulting from the operation of any Games may be used in any way for any gambling or wagering purposes, or for any other illegal or prohibited activity. 

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter and/or win the Sweepstakes Games. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase a player’s chances of winning. Sweepstakes Games are void where prohibited by law. 

Your entry into a Sweepstakes Game constitutes your acceptance of these Rules and any and all other terms and conditions relating to Mega Star Gaming LL Cooperation of its website https://www.luckydinero.com/ (the “Website”) and/or providing of services relating thereto, including, without limitation, the Terms of Service (found at Terms of Service) and our Privacy Policy (found at Privacy Policy).  

In the event you do not agree or wish to be bound by these Rules, or our Terms of Service and/or Privacy Policy, your sole remedy shall be to not access Sweepstakes Games and/or to withdraw and discontinue your participation on the Website. You expressly agree and acknowledge that any and all dispute regarding your participation in a Sweepstakes Game shall be resolved in accordance with the provisions contained herein and/or the Terms of Service. 

1. Sponsor. Sweepstakes Games are sponsored by Mega Star Gaming, LLC, a Wayoming limited liability company, Registered Agents Inc 30 N Gould St ,Ste R 

Sheridan, WY 82801,SHERIDAN COUNTY,USA (the “Sponsor”).  

2. Eligibility. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of a jurisdiction in the U.S. or Canada where participation in Sweepstakes Games is permitted by law. Entries will not be accepted from individuals under the age of 18 and any such entries are void. Employees (including, without limitation, part-time or temporary employees) of Regal Technologies, and any of Regal Technologies’ contest sponsors and their respective parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliated companies and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family and other household members (i.e., spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, roommates, housemates, significant others, partners, siblings (half and full) and the steps of each of the foregoing) of each of the above are NOT eligible to enter and/or to win Sweepstakes Games. Residents of jurisdictions where participation is prohibited by law are ineligible. Participation in a Sweepstakes Game is void where prohibited by law.  

Sweepstakes Games are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation in a Sweepstakes Game is legal and compliant with all regulations in the jurisdiction in which you reside. Participation in a Sweepstakes Games constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Rules, our Terms of Service, and Regal Technologies’ decisions relating to the operation of Sweepstakes Games, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes Games. 

3. How to Enter. In order to enter a Sweepstakes Game, you must be a Registered Customer of the Website, have at least the minimum amount of Sweeps Coins in your Customer Account required for entry, and enter a Sweepstakes Game in accordance with these Rules. 

You may collect Sweeps Coins in one of the following ways: 

Registering a Customer Account / Daily Bonus Giveaways: Each player will automatically receive free Sweeps Coins upon registering a Customer Account on the Website. Each Registered Customer will also automatically be awarded Sweeps Coins on a daily basis whenever the Registered Customer logs into his/her Customer Account. 

Bonus Items With the Purchase of Gold Coins: Sweeps Coins are also available as a free bonus item with the purchase of Gold Coins. The amount of Sweeps Coins a player will receive as a bonus with purchase of Gold Coins is stated on the Website. All purchases are final. 

No-Cost Giveaways / Promotions: Each player will have the right to receive free Sweeps Coins by participating in no-cost giveaways hosted by Mega Star Gaming LLC and/or through social media platforms affiliated with Regal Technologies, from time to time. Giveaways will be at no cost and the amount of Sweeps Coins given away will be stated for the applicable giveaway. Sweeps Coins will be credited to each contest winners Customer Account upon completion. From time to time, Mega Star Gaming LLC may make Sweeps Coins available at no cost for additional promotions, which can be modified or discontinued at the sole discretion of Regal Technologies. 

Mail-in Request: Sweeps Coins can be obtained by mailing via U.S. Mail, first class, postage prepaid, a handwritten postcard or letter request with your name, full address, Customer Account information, and daytime telephone number, subject “Free Sweepstakes Entry,” to Regal Technologies, LLC, at 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, without purchase, contribution, or donation. There is no limit to the number of requests that can be made but each request must be made on a separate postcard or letter. One (1) Sweeps Coin will be provided in response to the mailed request. 

The amount of Sweeps Coins and/or Gold Coins a player has will be displayed in his/her Customer Account on the Website. Mega Star Gaming LLCreserves the right to change the amount of Sweeps Coins allocated to a player in its sole discretion.  

All Sweeps Coins awarded without purchase have the same chance of winning all prizes as Sweeps Coins awarded in connection with the purchase of a product or service. You cannot purchase Sweeps Coins, and Sweeps Coins have no monetary value. Neither Sweeps Coins nor Gold Coins may not be sold, transferred, assigned, gifted, traded or sublicensed (including for monetary exchange or for any other value). Sweeps Coins (other than Sweeps Coins won from participating in a Sweepstakes Game) cannot be redeemed for prizes. 

Sweeps Coins not played for 60 days following placement into your Customer Account are deemed forfeited at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sweeps Coins and/or Gold Coins may be forfeited if a  player’s Customer Account is deactivated for any reason, including, without limitation, violation of these Rules and/or our Terms of Service. 

4. Playing Sweepstakes Games. Mega Star Gaming LLC reserves the right to offer various Sweepstakes Games as determined in its sole discretion. The amount of Sweeps Coins required to play any Sweepstakes Game will be made known prior to the beginning of the Sweepstakes Game. Each Sweepstakes Game shall begin at the start time designated for such Sweepstakes Game on the Website, and shall end upon the determination of a winner, or at such other time as designated by these Sweeps Rules (“Sweepstakes Game Period”).  

Each Sweepstakes Game consists of a finite number of entries generated and shuffled before each Sweepstakes Game begins. At the time of generation, the value of the entry is assigned. Each time an entry is revealed, the computer draws one entry sequentially from the Sweepstakes Game pool and displays the result. Once that entry is drawn it is removed from the Sweepstakes Game pool and no longer available until the next Sweepstakes Game Period. The game themes used to reveal your sweepstakes entries do not determine the results of your entries but merely display the results in an entertaining way. Sweeps Coins are used to reveal Sweepstakes Game prizes.  

Mega Star Gaming LLC reserves the right to modify, alter, or change the rules, regulations, and prize amounts of any Sweepstakes Game at any time in its sole discretion. All changes shall be made known on the Website prior to the beginning of a Sweepstakes Game. Each Sweepstakes Game player acknowledges that he/she shall be responsible for staying up to date with any and all changes made regarding Regal Technologies’ operation of Sweepstakes Games. In the event of modifying a Sweepstakes Game, your continued participation in the Sweepstakes Game constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. 

Unless Mega Star Gaming LLC requires otherwise, any Sweeps Coins allocated to a player’s Customer Account are required to be played once before they are eligible to be redeemed for prizes. Mega Star Gaming LLCmay, in its sole discretion, require that any Sweeps Coins allocated to a player must be played a greater number of times in any combination of Sweepstakes Games before they are eligible to be redeemed for prizes. Only Sweeps Coins that are won from participating in a Sweepstakes Game can be redeemed for prizes. By entering a Sweepstakes Game, you agree to be bound by these Rules. All Regal Technologies’ decisions regarding the operation of a Sweepstakes Game shall be final and binding. 

5. Winning Entries. Requests to redeem Sweeps Coins can be made on the Website subject to our Terms of Service. No Sweepstakes Game player may be allowed to redeem any winnings for prizes until such player’s eligibility has been verified by Regal Technologies. Mega Star Gaming LLCreserves the right to seek additional verification of eligibility or identity prior to awarding prizes for winning entries at its sole discretion. All decisions regarding verification of eligibility are final and binding.  

All winners will be notified via the Website and/or by email associated with their Customer Account. 

6. Conditions. All potential winners must comply with these Rules and our Terms of Service, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements made known by Regal Technologies. The ability to redeem Sweeps Coins won from participation in a Sweepstake Games for prizes may be forfeited if a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to properly execute and return any eligibility and/or verification information requested by Mega Star Gaming LLCwithin the required time period, fails to comply with these Rules or Terms of Service, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable. In the event that a potential winner of a Sweepstakes Game is disqualified or ruled ineligible for any reason, such prize shall be deemed forfeited and Mega Star Gaming LLC reserves the right to award the applicable prize to the next placed winner in the Sweepstakes Game (if applicable). Upon delivery of a prize to a winner, Mega Star Gaming LLC will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner with the winner assuming full ownership and responsibility for the prize.  

CAUTION: Any attempt made by an entrant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of any Sweepstakes Game may constitute a violation of criminal and/or civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, or if Mega Star Gaming LLCsuspects that there has been any electronic tampering or if technical difficulties (including, without limitation, bugs, malfunctions, software failure, etc.) compromise the integrity of any Sweepstakes Game, Mega Star Gaming LLC reserves the right to void all Sweeps Coins and/or prizes and seek damages from any such entrant as permitted by law.  

7. Claiming Prizes. By claiming any prize the winner certifies eligibility and compliance with these Rules and serves to release and to hold harmless Regal Technologies, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertisers, and agencies from any liability arising out of participation in any Sweepstakes Games. The prize winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. All prize winners and prizes will be reported to governmental tax authorities as required by law.  

All redemptions of Sweeps Coins won from participation in a Sweepstakes Game will be paid out in USD using a third party payment provider authorized by Regal Technologies, as amended from time to time. 

Mega Star Gaming LLC reserves the right to limit the amount of the minimum or maximum redemption value for any prize per day as Mega Star Gaming LLC deems fit in our sole discretion. In New York and Florida, the maximum redemption value for a prize won from any one Sweepstake Game is USD $5,000 and any prize with a value in excess of USD $5,000 will be reduced to a maximum value of USD $5,000. 

8. General Rules. Mega Star Gaming LLC is not responsible or liable for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries; or for any computer telephone, Internet, cable, network, electronic or other hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled transmissions, or Internet accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention. Mega Star Gaming LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or operation of any Sweepstakes Games and/or found to be acting in violation of these Rules and/or out Terms of Service. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or similar entry methods will void all entries by such methods. Mega Star Gaming LLC is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any users, tampering or unauthorized access, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes Games and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to the Sweepstakes Games entries. Mega Star Gaming LLC is not responsible for injury or damage to entrants or to any other person’s computers related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes Games. If, for any reason, any Sweepstakes Game is not capable of running as planned, Mega Star Gaming LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes Game(s) at any time. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these Rules, applicable laws and regulations or who make any misrepresentations relative to the Sweepstakes Games, their entries, and claiming of prize. Mega Star Gaming LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) are not responsible for any negligence, claims, liability, injury, property loss or other damages of or to participants and/or the winner arising from, or in connection with participation in any Sweepstakes Games. Participation in any Sweepstakes Game is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and to Regal Technologies’ Terms of Service.  

9. Limitation of Liability and Release. By entering into a Sweepstakes Game, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Regal Technologies, and its Releasees from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury sustained in connection with receipt, ownership, use, or misuse of a prize, or while preparing for or participating in any qualifying or prize-related activity, or in any other way related to participation in the Sweepstakes Game.  

By entering into a Sweepstakes Game, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Mega Star Gaming LLC and its Releasees from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys/legal fees) arising out of or relating to your participation in the Sweepstakes Game and/or your acceptance, use or misuse of prizes. 

IN NO EVENT WILL Mega Star Gaming LLCOR THE RELEASEES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OTHER THAN A PLAYER’S ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN A SWEEPSTAKES GAME. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, ALL GAMES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS. 

10. Disputes. Each participant agrees that any and all disputes or claims arising out of or connected with these Rules and/or participation in any Sweepstakes Game shall be resolved individually, and not by class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration in accordance with the terms set forth in our Terms of Service. Damages are limited to a refund of any money spent purchasing the product or service of Mega Star Gaming LLCfor which the Sweeps Coins were awarded, if any. 

11. Miscellaneous. Mega Star Gaming LLC reserves the right to any cancel, add, remove, or modify the Sweepstakes Games, any additional promotions that are offered, or these Sweeps Rules, with immediate effect, for any reason, including, without limitation, owing to circumstances outside its reasonable control, as determined by Mega Star Gaming LLC in its sole discretion.  

These Rules shall be governed by the laws of the state Florida, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.  

Nothing in these Rules shall create or confer any rights or other benefits in favor of any third party except as expressly provided herein.
